Preserving the past through hand tools

Bill Macneill recently took time to clean and restore a collection of old hand tools once used by his grandfather, F.W. Macneill, his father, B.W. Macneill, and family friend, Mr. Hammack. The tools, though simple in design, reflect the craftsmanship and utility of a past era and were valued for their effectiveness and durability.
