Nissan held its second annual Cars and Coffee community event on Saturday, May 17, from 8 a.m. to noon. The event, which was free and open to the public, took place in the parking lot of the Nissan Training Center at 300 Nissan Drive.

The gathering welcomed individuals of all ages and featured a variety of vehicles, including classic, modern, and custom automobiles. No registration was required to attend or display a vehicle. Coffee and breakfast items were available for purchase from on-site vendors.

In addition to the cars brought by attendees, Nissan displayed several of its own models, including the 50th anniversary GT-R, the Nissan Z NISMO, and the TITAN dually.

Victor Taylor, vice president of manufacturing at the Canton Vehicle Assembly Plant, said the event was intended to bring people together around a shared interest in automobiles.

The event drew a steady stream of visitors throughout the morning. Organizers reported a strong turnout and a diverse range of vehicles, noting positive engagement from attendees.
