Canton Career Center educators expressed gratitude to parents who attended the Nissan Centers of Excellence Parent Engagement Night, where the school introduced its newest program, Advanced Manufacturing, in collaboration with Nissan.
Nissan Centers for Excellence instructor Lindsey Fordis provided an overview of the program, led an interactive demonstration and facilitated a panel discussion. She explained that the program is designed to prepare students for success after high school through innovation, creativity and hands-on learning experiences.
CCC Director Michael Ellis thanked parents and Nissan for their support, emphasizing the program as a new opportunity to positively impact students’ futures. He added that the Canton Career Center remains committed to fostering student achievement and excellence.
