PRIORITYONE BANK TO HOST FREE HOMEBUYER WORKSHOP AT MADISON COUNTY-CANTON PUBLIC LIBRARY

Join PriorityOne Bank on Saturday, June 6th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at  the Madison County-Canton Public Library for a free homebuyer workshop. This workshop is  designed for first-time homebuyers who are ready to find their forever home, while also welcoming current homeowners interested in buying, selling, or relocating.

The workshop is offered through PriorityOne Bank’s Pathways initiative, a community outreach  program focused on promoting financial literacy and helping individuals make informed  financial decisions. “PriorityOne Pathways is designed to address the gaps in financial services  within the markets we serve by providing valuable support where it’s needed most,” said Joi  Richardson, Public Relations and Outreach Specialist. “Our goal is to support your long-term  financial goals by creating pathways that give you the knowledge and resources to make  confident decisions.”

PriorityOne Bank Mortgage Loan Originator, Trent Nelson and Prestige Realty and Investment  REALTOR®, Courtney Murriel, will be leading this event. Trent brings years of experience in  the lending industry, with in-depth knowledge of the mortgage landscape and a strong understanding of market trends, positioning him as a trusted advisor in home financing. Courtney  proudly serves as a Mississippi REALTOR®, bringing market expertise, strategic negotiation,  and a deep understanding of what makes a house a home, ensuring the real estate process is  seamless, stress-free, and rewarding.

The workshop is free and open to the public. Interested participants can register online at cantonhomebuyerworkshop.eventbrite.com or contact Joi Richardson at j[email protected] for more information.
