CA girls capture State Title again at 2026 MSAIS Championships

The championship tradition continues at Canton Academy, as the Lady Panthers once again proved themselves among the state’s elite, earning the 2026 MSAIS Track & Field State Championship title. The team is coached by Ben Williams, Canton Academy Athletic Director and head track coach. 
 

With determination, teamwork and standout performances across multiple events, the Canton Academy girls track and field team claimed gold and added another championship trophy to the school’s growing legacy of athletic excellence.
 

The state title marks another milestone for the program, highlighting the dedication of the student-athletes and coaches whose hard work throughout the season led to success on the state’s biggest stage.
 

State titles included Claire Warren for first place discus, Lucy Glaze for first place two mile race, Abby Robinson for third in discus and Harper Lampkin for triple jump.
