Special to The Canton News
PryorMorrow has welcomed Canton native John Hollis Hutchinson as a summer intern, providing him the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture.
Hutchinson will work alongside the firm’s architects and design professionals, contributing to projects while learning how concepts and designs are developed and implemented in real-world settings.
According to PryorMorrow, Hutchinson is eager to immerse himself in architectural projects, learn from experienced professionals and see how designs come to life beyond the drawing board.
His interest in architecture began at an early age through drawing and building, activities that sparked a passion for design and creativity. He now brings that same enthusiasm and curiosity to the firm’s team as he explores a future career in architecture.
Before pursuing architecture, Hutchinson competed as a Division I junior college baseball player at Hinds Community College, demonstrating the dedication and discipline that he now applies to his academic and professional pursuits.
A graduate of Canton Academy, Hutchinson is a lifelong Canton resident. PryorMorrow officials said they are excited to have him on board this summer and look forward to helping him develop his skills and gain valuable industry experience.
The internship provides Hutchinson with an opportunity to learn firsthand from professionals in the field while gaining exposure to the architectural design process from concept to construction.
