When you are busy taking your children to their extracurricular activities and having supper in a rush, please take a look at the landscape in Canton, MS. The landscape will take your breath away. Sometimes in life it is good to view natural resources such as trees and water. The view will calm you and you can let your hair down. Life is about enjoying the small things.
I love a nice manicured yard with flowers blooming in the flower bed. I love to see small bushes as well. The outside of your home is on full display for everyone to take in the beauty. I always water my flowers and bushes in my flower bed early in the morning every other day. Furthermore, I do this in order for growth and show love to my flowers.
I picked up a little book from Canton Library titled, “Cozy Little Landscapes in Watercolor” by Mayo Moreno. I love to paint and I usually host paint parties at my home for my family during holidays. So, I wanted to learn how to paint using watercolors. So here is my favorite part of the book found on page 31. The title stood out to me Melody Among the Trees.
Melody Among the trees is about painting with watercolors because Autumn is my favorite time of the year. Therefore, the season is quiet and beautiful. Every tree has beautiful leaves and provides shade. The materials are as follows paper size 5 by 7, Brushes Size 4 and 2 Watercolors Perylene Violet, Nickel Azo Yellow, Permanent Brown, Brunt Umber, Raw Umber, Quinacridone Gold. Take your time and draw trees and paint with watercolors with your family and friends. Remember the quiet landscape.
