Pine Grove Association, Inc. hosted its Day of H.O.P.E., “Wellness on the Grounds,” on recently at the H.O.P.E. Center Grounds in Canton, bringing community members together for a morning focused on health, movement and connection.
Held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the free, family-friendly event encouraged participants to stay active, learn healthy habits and spend time with others. Activities included music, group exercise, games, snacks, health and nutrition tips, children’s activities and art activities.

Following the event, organizers described the day as one filled with meaningful conversations, opportunities to meet new people, learning about health, physical activity and laughter. They said the event fulfilled its mission of fostering community and hope.
Young people who attended also shared encouraging messages by writing their thoughts on the concrete at the H.O.P.E. Center Grounds, adding to what organizers called the positive atmosphere of the day.
Pine Grove Association thanked everyone who attended and announced that additional wellness gatherings are planned for April 11 and April 25 at the H.O.P.E. Center Grounds.
