Mission Vigilant – For the 22 will host “All About the Ruck” this Saturday, September 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 667 Bellevue Drive in Madison, Mississippi.
The family-friendly event is designed to bring the community together while raising awareness and support for Mission Vigilant’s work with veterans, military members, law enforcement officers, first responders, and their families.
Participants can take part in the Mission Vigilant Ruck for $45. Admission to the remainder of the event is free.
The day will include:

• Helicopters
• Kids’ activities
• Bake sale
• Silent auction
• Raffle opportunities
• Grand raffle featuring a beachfront Costa Rica vacation
The event is an opportunity for families and community members to have fun while learning more about Mission Vigilant and the resources available to those who serve.
“We want this to be more than just a fundraiser,” said representatives of Mission Vigilant. “We want people to come out, have a good time, meet each other, learn about our mission, and understand that the people who serve our communities and country don't have to face their struggles alone."
Mission Vigilant is committed to raising awareness and connecting veterans, military members, law enforcement officers, first respsponders, and their families with support and mental health resources.
